happy accident???

i am still a little unsure.

i had to shoot a portrait of 4 state champion (from last year) swimmers. after doing the typical shots i really wanted to try for something different. the guys sugguested doing something in the sauna. after spending what seemed to be an eternity waiting for the steam to build up and then getting yelled at by the coach for taking to much time away from practice i ended up shooting what i could for myself.

i like the idea, but i am still not sold. either way i will keep this tucked in my back pocket and pull it out when i get the chance on the next shoot.

our first wedding

my friend and new business partner rhonda and i shot our first wedding together about two weeks ago. it was nice to shoot images that we knew would be cherished for a long time to come.

this was one of the groomsmen keeping a sharp look out for the bride so the groom wouldn't see her before the big event.

i'm back

ok ok i know it has been way too long since i have graced the internet with a post. in my defense i was away from the internet for almost a week, and then i was sick for a while as well. i hope you can find it in your heart to forgive my lack of posting, and that you will return as i begin showing you what i have been up to during my absence.
