fishing for images

last month i got to work with a new client, golf magazine. they asked if i would like to spend the day on pga tour member robert allenby's boat as he fished for most of the day. gee let me think about that....YES PLEASE!!!! the goal was to document him fishing and make a couple of portraits that showed his new laid back attitude to life and golf.



my assistant and i arrived at 5:30 am (ungodly hour) and after recieving a speeding ticket for my efforts to arrive on time, we got to "work". after making most of the images in the first half of the day. mr. allenby was gracious enough to allow us to fish for yellow tail snapper with him. that's a great day in my book.
